Without limitation, the following items may not be sold or offered for sale on the shirpur.one Buying / Selling: firearms, explosives, and ammunition; alcoholic beverages; tobacco products; food that is not packaged or does not comply with all applicable laws for sale to consumers by commercial merchants; pharmaceuticals and controlled substances; counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods; any goods that infringe or otherwise violate another party rights, including copyright, patent, trademark, and rights of publicity and privacy; goods that are, in shirpur.one discretion, indecent, obscene or pornographic or not complying with Indian Cyber Law; registered or unregistered securities; goods which you do not have the legal right to sell; goods which are misrepresented or which do not in fact exist; goods which, if sold via the Services, would cause shirpur.one to violate any law, statute or regulation.

You agree not to put any material into shirpur.one systems which contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
» You are solely responsible for actions taken under your account, and should not disclose it to anyone else. You cannot use your account for any unauthorized purpose.
» You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations concerning your participation in shirpur.one services.
» As a Registered User, you agree to receive buying enquiry emails, selling enquiry emails and informative emails from our site, from our system.

» There is no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship between shirpur.one and any user of the service.
» If at any point in time shirpur.one finds that the information provided by you in your registration is false shirpur.one reserves the right to terminate your account.
» These terms and conditions and the relationship between the User and shirpur.one Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra in India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The User and shirpur.one agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Thane, Maharashtra, India
» The User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of shirpur.one Service or these terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) month after such claim or cause of action shall arise or be forever barred.
3. Using our Services
» Shirpur One accepts free listings only from businesses / establishments / institutes / service providers / any other Government or Non-Government Organizations based in Shirpur city and nearby area for this website.
» We shall do our best to give listings correctly but shall not be held responsible in any way for any mistake committed inadvertently. You may receive an informational and verification call from our verification department.
» All information submitted to www.shirpur.one is subject to editing and may be published on the website or in any other media or format deemed appropriate by Shirpur One Directory.
» The listing will be published only after verification.
» Please type out the entry clearly to avoid mistakes. We reserve the right to make any changes in the entry.
» We have the sole right to reject or refuse to list any information, in whole or in part mentioned in the entry, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
» The information contained in the entry is solely the responsibility of the concerned business. The company hereby fully indemnifies Shirpur One against any claim, demand etc. in this regard as and when they arise.
4. Payment Terms
» The listing plans are free as well as paid.
» Free plans have limited functionality.
» The listing owner can change the plan to paid at any point.
» 100% advance payment is required to opt for the paid plan.
» After receiving payment and verification of business information, the details will be available on shirpur.one
» If after payment, we found that the information provided is not correct, then we will give one chance to correct it. If the owner did not correct it within 24 hours, then the listing will be deleted without any refund. In such case, the business owner can restart the registration process.
